Annie Howley serves as Waypoint’s transaction manager, bringing over seven years of experience in mortgage lending, title insurance, and real estate transaction coordination to her role. With a background that includes positions at First National Bank, The Group, The Group Guaranteed Title, and Urealty, Annie oversees deals from start to finish, ensuring smooth, efficient, and legally compliant transactions. She excels in keeping her team organized for seamless transactions and has in-depth knowledge of the complete real estate transaction process.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys cooking, reading, and horseback riding. Originally from Chicago, she holds a real estate license, underscoring her commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
