BACKGROUND

Bruce Gouker serves as the director of property management at Waypoint, where he supports the three service groups related to property management, accounting, and maintenance. His responsibilities include focusing on the financial performance and profitability of Waypoint Property Management by working closely with department managers on contract profitability, evaluating and streamlining current processes, and collaborating on service offerings and associated fees.

Bruce joins Waypoint with a wealth of experience from his previous role at McWhinney, where he led the property management team for 10 years. He also has a diverse background in service-based business ownership and sales, bringing strong financial analysis and revenue generation skills to the team. Bruce is dedicated to providing value to the organization and supporting his team.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, and growing up in Littleton, Colorado, Bruce enjoys fishing, skeet and sporting clay shooting, and construction in his free time. He holds an associate degree in electronics, was a math honor student, and has owned three different companies throughout his career.
