BACKGROUND

Bryson serves as the director of property management at Waypoint, where he supports the three service groups related to property management, accounting, and maintenance. His responsibilities include focusing on the financial performance and profitability of Waypoint Property Management by working closely with department managers on contract profitability, evaluating and streamlining current processes, and collaborating on service offerings and

associated fees. Bryson brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at McWhinney, Raynor Garage Doors, Carriage Shoppe, and ZGL, gaining diverse experience in property management, maintenance and repair, and landscaping.

Bryson thrives on making a positive impact and enjoys collaborating with others to get the job done. His depth of knowledge regarding technical operations, combined with his high energy, people skills, and commercial HVAC certification, positions him as a strong leader who drives the team's success.

Originally from Yuma, Colorado, Bryson spends his free time fishing, shooting sporting clays, and exploring national parks. A true outdoorsman, he even enjoys ice fishing in sub-zero temperatures.
