BACKGROUND
Caleb Edwards serves as a property management assistant at Waypoint Property Management. His background includes working as an event manager for the dean of student support staff at Colorado State University and as a freelance landscaper in Colorado Springs. Caleb enjoys collaborating with his team and sharing ideas openly. He believes in leveraging collective strengths to make a significant impact on the community. His key skills and traits include project management, problem-solving, teamwork, and approachability.
When he's not at work, Caleb loves being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, staying active, and playing or watching sports. Originally from Colorado Springs, Caleb is a recent Colorado State University graduate who brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role at Waypoint.
