An accomplished commercial broker and property manager, Connor has managed over $200 million in real estate assets, primarily in the multifamily and retail sectors. His experience includes overseeing property operating budgets, maintaining leasing data, hiring and training on-site staff, managing maintenance tracking, and leading tenant relations — all with a focus on increasing performance and asset yield. Connor prides himself on understanding what adds long-term value to a property and making decisions that benefit owners and tenants alike.

Connor comes to Waypoint from Tampa, Florida, and his past work experience includes roles in commercial real estate property management and brokerage, working for companies such as The Shop Real Estate and Marcus & Millichap. Connor enjoys building relationships with property owners and solving their property-related problems.
