BACKGROUND

Dallas Palomino serves as a property management assistant at Waypoint Property Management, helping with tenant relations, lease administration, vendor interactions, and fielding maintenance requests. He brings a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and operations support to his role.

With years of experience in customer-facing industries, Dallas has worked in both the coffee and music retail sectors. He spent seven years as a barista at Starbucks and Colorado Coffee Company before moving into sales management at Guitar Center, where he oversaw salesfloor operations and eCommerce. Most recently, he worked as a franchise trainer for Ziggi’s Coffee, traveling nationwide to train new teams on running successful coffee shops. His expertise in service, training, and technology enables him to provide exceptional support to tenants and colleagues alike.

A longtime musician, Dallas has played guitar for over 20 years and enjoys performing with his band. In his free time, he also loves reading comic books and skateboarding.
