BACKGROUND

Dalton Keane is the Controller at Waypoint Real Estate, where he oversees the accounting department, manages the financial reporting, and holds a position on the leadership team. Before joining the Waypoint Property Management team, Dalton worked in internal audit and risk assurance and ESL teaching. Most recently he worked in real estate accounting for Palmer Properties in Fort Collins.

At work he enjoys conversing and establishing great relationships with his teammates. He also gets satisfaction from improving business processes to make his work more efficient and thinking critically to solve new problems. Dalton brings to the team his excellent critical thinking skills, process improvement, and enthusiasm for teamwork.

Outside of the office, Dalton enjoys all Colorado outdoor activities including camping, skiing, climbing and boating. Aside from outdoor activities you will find Dalton hiking with his dogs, cooking with his wife, and watching Premier League soccer.
