BACKGROUND

DeAnn Reaves is a property accountant for Waypoint Real Estate, where she manages bookkeeping operations and procedures for the property management team. With extensive experience in accounting across multiple industries, DeAnn has worked in roles spanning medical manufacturing, telecommunications, investment services, and customer service technology. She previously held a property management accounting position overseeing large residential buildings in San Francisco. Her past employers include Nordson Medical, Dish Network, Charles Schwab, Teletech, and IHS, among others.

DeAnn enjoys contributing to the success of her team and company, finding satisfaction in staying productive and supporting business operations. She brings strong analytical, communication, and accounting skills to her role, making her a valuable asset to Waypoint. A Colorado native, DeAnn grew up in Arvada.
