BACKGROUND

Erika Tran is the Marketing Coordinator for Waypoint Real Estate and brings a versatile background to her role. With experience in event and hospitality management, real estate, human capital management, and trade association leadership, Erika has held roles at the Fort Collins Marriott, ADP, and the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, where she excelled in communication, events, education, and marketing. As a REALTOR®, she had specialized in residential, investment, and luxury markets.

Erika thrives on building relationships and managing complex projects. She is passionate about event coordination, team building, and fostering creativity through marketing, social media, and design. Known for her enthusiasm, strategic mindset, and keen attention to detail, Erika drives innovation and collaboration in everything she does.

A Colorado native and proud CSU Ram fan, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son play basketball, and spending time out on the water.

Erika serves on the Board of Directors for Living Her Legacy, a nonprofit dedicated to recognizing women and inspiring girls. With certifications in Human Capital Management and Project Management, along with years of hands-on real estate experience, she is an integral part of the Waypoint team.
