BACKGROUND
Josh Hargrave is a day porter at Waypoint Property Management, where he is dedicated to cleaning and maintaining building exteriors and grounds. His duties encompass sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, restocking supplies, and performing light maintenance tasks to keep properties clean and presentable throughout the day.
Josh brings a background in restaurant general management, which has equipped him with strong social skills and a knack for hard work and staying active. He enjoys speaking to tenants and collaborating with his team to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
Originally from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Josh spends his free time producing music, DJ’ing, playing pool, and video games. He attended Chico State and leverages his diverse experiences to excel in his role at Waypoint.
