Kevin Townsend is the maintenance manager for Waypoint Property Management. Kevin has a background in property management and sales, having worked at Markley Motors, Drake Manor Management, and Custom Exteriors. He excels in delegating tasks, assisting his team, and ensuring work orders meet owner satisfaction. Kevin brings strong communication, organizational, and management skills to his role.
Born and raised in Fort Collins, Kevin enjoys fishing, camping, and sports. He holds an associate degree, a broker’s license, and a fire science degree.
