BACKGROUND

Linda Harty is the marketing assistant at Waypoint Real Estate, leveraging her extensive background in writing and communications to enhance the marketing and operations teams’ efforts. With over two decades of experience as an editor and writer for various trade journals and magazines, and seven years as a communications specialist for nonprofit organizations Poudre Landmarks Foundation and UCHealth Northern Colorado Foundation, Linda brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her past employers in the publishing field include Penton Media and F+W Media, where she edited and wrote for magazines covering a range of industries from computers to knitting, crocheting, and jewelry-making.

At Waypoint Real Estate, Linda writes marketing copy and assists with the marketing of real estate listings. Outside of work, Linda’s interests include spending time with her family, cooking, reading, exercising, and enjoying walks while listening to podcasts and audiobooks. She also cherishes time with her grandpup and grandkitties. Originally from Fort Collins, Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in arts and humanities from Colorado State University, underpinning her creative approach to marketing and communications.
