Tim Rodriguez is a skilled Maintenance Technician at Waypoint Property Management, bringing over 30 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Before joining Waypoint, Tim worked at Colony Markets LTD, where he honed his problem-solving abilities and developed a meticulous attention to detail. Known for his excellent communication skills, Tim enjoys addressing challenges and interacting with people to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Originally from Laramie, Wyoming, Tim is certified in advanced locksmithing through the Foley-Belsaw Institute, adding a specialized skill to his diverse background. Outside of work, he’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves playing hockey, hiking, and camping. A passionate sports fan, Tim also enjoys attending Colorado Eagles games and spending quality time with family and friends.
